Win vs Privi brass?

I don't have much good to say about the accuracy of Privi factory loadings in .223. It looks more like I am patterning buckshot than shooting groups (and I know its not me or the rifle lol). But the brass I am recovering is top notch. I use it in my .20 Tac. and it is very good. Cases only vary by .1 to .2 grains and neck down and take the shoulder change very easily.

The privi brass is quite good, however I have not had too many problems with Winchester. Only one experience of note. Back when it was possible to ship stuff from the USA fairly easily I purchased a bulk pack of 1100 pieces of Winchester 204R brass from Midway Shooting, about 3-4 in every bag of 100 had deformed or split case necks, considering it was a brand new caliber at the time I didn't complain, the rest will last me a lifetime...

similar experiences out of my Remington 799. Seems like it is too hot when fired. The brass works great when loaded to slightly less velocities. I simply can't get the same velocity with my powder of choice, but I get better accuracy, so I think I'll keep it.
