Winchester 1200 pump jam

The shotgun (winchester 1200 12 gauge) seems to be stuck in the "unsafe" position and it won't cycle anymore, I just wanted to see if anyone had any tips or previous experiences before I break anything or bring it to a gunsmith. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Sounds like debris in the trigger group.

One pin holds the trigger group in the receiver. Push the pin out and raise the rear of the group and pull slightly rearward until it clears.
