Winchester 1300 or M&P 9 kit ?

I bought this deffender for $250 just before they stopped making them. It came with factory pistol grip only, I then bought a pistol grip/full stock combo for around $120 with dellivery from http://www.gunaccessories.com.

The gun functions flawlessly, I've fired all sorts of other shotguns & none have come close in function & ease of pump. I can actually shoot this thing & the pump ejects the shell one handed (Winchester's "speed pump").

I would like to purchase a new M&P 9 package Just wondering what you guys think this gun is worth ? Or should I hold on to it for a couple years/decades ?

Well, how much shooting do you do with the Winchester? If you haven't used it much, and you no longer feel you need a shotgun, than go for it...however, it is always good to have at least ONE shotgun, just in case
The other thing to consider is the Winchester is non restricted, whereas the pistol will be restricted. If you ever decide to go shooting at a buddies farm, the pistol is a no go...I suggest you keep the 12 guage and buy the M&P (or buy a used pistol if you simply want to try handgun shooting).
