Winchester 1300 scope base

I am not sure if this has been asked before, but....
Has anybody bought/used a scope base with the 1300?
I can't find alot of info available, especially pictures.
I am looking to buy one, so if there is any info on where to
buy one, please let me know.

B-square makes a mount for the1300. No gunsmithing required.

I got the B-square on my defender. I could take pictures but not until Wed. night.

If it is drilled and tapped from factory just pick up the approproate weaver base (416M). Weaver also makes a no gunsmithing required "converta mount"

I repeat.....

MAKE SURE YOU USE THE CORRECT LENGTH OF SCREWS TO MOUNT THE BASES!!!

The reciever is, after all, only aluminum

i bought one on ebay last winter for my 1300, mickey mouse simple to install & no drilling or tapping required

Thanks for all responses. Pics would be great. I am open to drilling and taping the gun- only as a last resort. I will research the B-square. I hope to repost with my own pics soon. Thanks again.

I found one, and can get it shipped for free to a US address that I use. I just need to find out what Canada Customs will say when I declare it.

If you cross the border at all, you will have to partially remove your b-square mount to see the serial number on your winchester shotgun at customs.
Drill it and tap it.

I would only be bringing the mount back. I don't see a problem- but I have e-mailed the Canadian Border Services Agency. I will post what they have to say.
