winchester 1400, looking for a stock, and some help

hey all, so i recently aquired a winchester 1400. the fore end is cracked right through, does anyone know who sells a stock for these up here? also, this gun have been pinned to 2 + 1, with some big aluminum sleeve in the mag tube. is this a factory setup, or someones mod to be legal for hunting? im assuming these guns come as a 4 + 1 from the factory. anyone have any thoughts on this? i dont hunt so i would like to open it up to its normal capacity. thanks guys

Midway doesn't ship to Canada, but Brownell's does.
Or call Western Gun Parts in edmonton.

Ok I just ended up selling it after I realized that these are built as 2+1 from the factory, with no option to alter to a higher capacity.
