A 1885 low wall 22 lr or a uberti lever gun that would be the easiest decision i ever madeDamn.... If I had more than 2 grand to blow on a .22 it'd be a tossup between that and the Uberti 1866
You can't mount a tang sight on the Winchester? That's too bad.Too bad Winchester (Miroku) doesn’t make this version like they did for Browning years back to accommodate a tang rear sight.
If I m being honest since I already have a C Sharps high wall in 22lr and since the Winchester low wall because of the high stock comb that really doesn t help if you want to use the iron sights and because I like using iron sights I would go with a Uberti low wall in 22lr instead
how so ?The Winchester 1885 is a nice gun but the internals are completely different from the originals also
In your mind you have 2 k in reality you want piece of mindI ve got the money but I don t feel like sleeping in the shed with my bike .Well not at least until the weather gets warmer lol
Ya the fact I already have a gun coming and trying to explain why I m buying another one before that one even shows up would not be worth the trouble. Some times discretion is the better part of valour. Now on the other hand if it was a one of a kind had to have gun then it just might be worth putting up with itIn your mind you have 2 k in reality you want piece of mind
