Winchester 1894 help

Hi Folks

I don't have a blue book of gun value, so I need your help for a value for this rifle.

-Winchester 1894 rifle, 30 WCF, circa 1906
-half octagon half round barrell
-Button mag
-All original, I would rate it around 80%

According to the gun traders Guide that would be in the $1000.00-$1200.00 at 80% condition.
