A friend of mine just inherited a Winchester Mod.1894 that was built in 1908 in 32 ws and it is a Nickel and Steel jobby. The manufactoring no. is 445711.If there is someone out there that has details about those guns and perhaps knows the value of it ,would be very appreciated.Thanks.

I've had a couple old lever guns around that same time period.
One was a 38-55 marlin 1893, made in 1898. Approx value $425
Another was a winchester 94 in 38-55 made in 1902 Approx value $425

They are not worth a lot of money, but they are worth a lot of sentimental value. Every time you pack one hunting, just think of how many other hunting trips the rifle has seen. Thats the cool part about old winchesters and marlins.

It's Condition..Condition..Condition..

94s runs from $250-$1000. depending on cailber, features & amount of blueing (most important is blueing on reciever).
