Winchester 1895 Anniversary Collection Value?

I've have a friend who purchased (3) Winchester 1895 Anniversary rifles. He claims there are less than 30 of these rifles in Canada.

He bought one of each caliber... (30-06, 30-40 Krag and 405Win)

They are all unfired and NIB.

Does anyone know the Value of these individual rifles?

The Winchester 1895 rifles are great rifles though some prefer the earlier Browning versions because they don t have the tang safety etc.I have one of the 1895 anniversary saddle ring carbine versions in 30/06 that I will never sell as it s one of my favourite hunting rifles.As for the value of your friends guns to a collector who really wants them might pay a premium for all three but I would think that it might take some time to find that person as I believe most people would buy one more for shooting than collecting and the price they would offer would reflect that.These type of collectors gun rarely appreciate much beyond original purchase price and sometimes you are lucky to get that unless you hold on to them for a very long time you then may get some value out of them
