Looking for loading data for Winchester 1895 30-03.

I did a Yahoo search on ".30-03 cartridge" and while there is some discussion of the cartridge no one had any specific load information. Nothing in "Cartridges of the World" or "Handloader's Manual of Cartridge Conversions" either.

Since the .30-03 is just a .30-06 with a longer neck - use light .30-06 loads for your 1895.

No. Just 30-06 cases.

A lot of talk about the .30-03 was about using .270 cases since they are slightly longer than .30-06 cases.
