Winchester 1897 trench gun clone - what to do and where to get parts

Hi Folks, I have acquires a Winchester 1897 and am contemplating converting into a trench gun clone. Do I need to do anything other than cut the barrel to 20" and add the barrel shroud? Does anyone in Canada sell the barrel shrouds? Thanks!

You would also need the bayo lug

I think the bayp lug is part of the shroud assembly for an 1897, isn't it?

This would not be a small project....if you can find the parts.
If it is to be a clone of a M97 trench gun.....that is fine, otherwise be careful how much this will cost you....you may never get it back?

Maybe that does not matter.
