Winchester 1897 trenchgun year

Anybody know the ballpark year a 97 in the ser# 950000 range was produced in? I just ordered the collector series book but it ain't showed yet. It's gotta be pretty late in the run huh?

Well, Serial #95000 itself is 1901, but you can type in the real serial number for an 1897 yourself here:
