Hi all you 190 fans. Is there an easy way to date those rifles?

190's were made between 1974 and 1980. Unfortunately, there is no list of manufacturing dates by S/N. They were numbered in the same sequence as the Model 290.

Please explaine to me the meaning of that first phrase. I'm a franco so sometimes i missout the subtilities.
