Hi everyone i recently picked up a model 1903 winchester auto loader in 22 winchester auto, ive only been able to locate 1 small box of ammo to test it and it fuctions great. Now the issue of not being able to find ammo. Anyone know of a company that imports it. I found it state side but not canadian so far. Also what is the rough value of a 1903 with the majority of the blueing remaining and a rear stock that was repaired being was cracked many moons ago. Thanks in advance for any input

I picked one up from Epps a few years ago for 125 plus tax and shipping in 80% + condition (no repairs or bluing loss in original condition )from a dealer .As for the new ammo I had a sponsor on this site bring me in 2 bricks for shooting ammo
cheers Peter

Having prophet river bring some in for me, did not want to shoot my collectable ones.

I inherited one of these rifles a long time ago, and sold it because of ammo being a total pain in the a** to get. And pricey. There are days I wish I still had it mind you, as it came from a family member...but life has mostly beaten any sense of nostalgia out of me. lol Anyhow, I imported some of this stuff from an outfit in the US (2 bricks) and if memory serves, it was around $200/brick. That was maybe 15+ years ago, and it was the Western stuff. (second to the bottom on the right side in that photo) When I listed the gun and ammo as a package, literally everyone who replied said; "tell me about the ammo, send me more photos/details". lol Not the gun itself, the ammo was more valuable.

Value~no idea, honestly. I see the odd one sit in the EE for what appears to be fair/low asking prices.
