I just picked a Winchester 1905, according to the SR, it looks like it was made in 1906. Condition appears very good but it's not actually in my hands yet. I'm told it works and might actually have some ammo lined up to try it.

Anyway, the question of course... what are these worth?

Google gives me numbers between $300 and $1000 USD none of which seem like reliable sources.
Plus, we all know the Canadian market and US market are not even comparable. I'll try to get a photo posted when I pick it up.

hard to guess without info ,what cal 35or 32 ,proper mag for cal ,bore condition ,wood cracks or breaks ,is there rust /pitting ect?
as a low end with poor bore ,the mag is worth more than the rifle so at least 200 and up and without a mag 100ish and up depending on condition. As working on these are time consuming and wood , parts and labor are not cheap anymore
Cheers Peter
