Winchester .22lr Super-X High Velocity Ammo

I've used Win Super-X in my rifle... it does not seem to like it. I got a grouping of 1" from 50 yds unlike the Remington T-bolts, which gave me a grouping of 1/2" from 50 yrds on the same day.
It really depends on your gun. It does not mean to say that when they are pricey that they should work perfectly in your gun. Try a variety of ammo, you'll be surprise with the results you'll get.

.22LR is so inexpensive compared to 9mm, .40 and .45 that you can afford to try pretty much every single brand out there.

I liked the Federal stuff the walmart/canadian Tire sells in my 10/22. Seems to be consistant and I get better grouping with it.

36gr?

I've always found them inaccurate. Very loud and all over the map. They'd be good for hunting high fps) but in the way of accuracy I've never gotten good groupings through various guns.

No, I think the heavier stuff. i don't find the 10/22 likes the lighter stuff.

I've only seen the 36gr copper washed high velocity, Dynapoints and the SuperX lead tipped (not good shooters either).

I thought you were referring to the Federal game-shok 38gr HP. Those work well in my 10/22. I found the win grouped ok, but the next box would group differently, and had more flyers.

I have found X22LRPP super x powerpoints (not dynapoints) to be exceptionally accurate and consistent for a commercial high velocity round. It shot well in every rifle I tried it in, and in some of my rifles it was more accurate than most brands of expensive match ammo. I have not obtained similar results with any other super-x variant. Super x 40 grain solid and 38 grain HP were not good performers for me. Some early lots of dynapoints produced surprisingly good results, perhaps because they are subsonic when fired from semis and long barreled bolts. I stopped using dynapoints a few years back when consistency fell off, some rounds were subsonic and some were not.
Year after year, Powerpoints have never let me down.
