I suggest taking them out in this order.
The large hammer spring is actually easy; notice a small hole in the side of the sleeve at the back of the spring's rod; it will line up with a similar hole in the spring's rod. Pull the hammer back all the way, and you can insert a regular push pin into that hole, then release the hammer and remove the spring unit. It goes back in the same way.
The flat action release going to your break open lever is also easy; it can be removed with a pair of needle nose pliers, just note the hole in the frame it came out off.
The other spring and rod is the most difficult. You can pop it out easily with a screwdriver, but getting it back in can be a #####. I usually clamp the frame sideways in a vise, and using a flat screwdriver, pull it back into the frame's hole and let the pointed end pop back into the notch in the barrel release. I find the hardest part is getting the back of the rod to line up with the frame hole, especially with the spring pushing against you.
Like Camster said, the last rod is very religious, it will fly to J*sus in the blink of an eye. I usually put a couple of rags around the frame when assembling it as it will hopefully cut down on them getting away.
After doing these a few times, it will get easier with practice.
