Winchester 70 VS Cooey 71

Can someone tell me if the bases for the Winchester model 70 are the same as the bases on the Cooey model 71. since the cooey was made under winchester contract would the front baseWeaver #46 and rear base#47 Fit the Cooey 71. No one lists the Cooey bases as far as I have found.

Install them take a straight edge lay it across the top of the bases and see if there is a difference in height.
