Winchester Ammo are they dumping Garbage in Canada?

I've had two rounds of white box .45 auto with bullets that were seated deep enough that there was a gap between the rim of the case and the bullet ogive. this is out of max 500 rounds I've purchased and probably a different lot as the ammo was purchased about a year apart and 1-2 boxes at a time. I've also had 1 round of 12 gauge AA where the hull was assembled with the brass in such a way that part of the plastic was crushed outside of the brass base. That's out of 5 flats from the same purchase and total probably about 2500 rounds of various Winchester 12 gauge loads from cheapo Walmart stuff to the aforementioned AA.

Been shooting the Win USA white box in 223, 9x19, and 45ACP for some time. Only problem is when a friend had a 45ACP round that must have been low on powder and the bullet had extreme low velocity. Still buy it if I can get it at a good price.

I've shot *a lot* of Winchester ammo.
Never had an issue. From shotgun to multiple calibers of centre fire to rimfire.
Perhaps your ammo was made the day after July 4th and everyone at factory was half asleep :p hahah

I had some Win Super X 3 1/2" Steel #3 shells. Couldn't figure out why they patterned so bad. Cut one open and lo and behold inside was what could best be described as "welding slag". Last Winchester crap I bought and I even e-mailed them (when I could find ANY way to contact them) and offered the batch number and to send them a shell from the batch. Think I ever heard back? Nope! It is crap and that is all it is.

I too have shot a lot of Winchester ammo, never had a problem in the past once I load the primed case it may prove to be the most accurate the way things have been going with Winchester.
