Busy one evening FL sizing a couple of new (sealed) bags of .264 Win Mag.
What do I run across in one of the bags ? Two .300 Win Mag. ! Go figure.
They look somewhat similar ... stopped when I felt the first little bit of resistance, and double checked to see what the problem might be.
I'm certain that I could have re-sized it ... but that wasn't the point.
For the amount of actual effort required to FL size, trim & de-burr, it's cheap insurance to see all is right. I've found a few dings, dents, off-round case mouths and burrs, but have yet to fin an over-length case. The length of cases within the last bag of 257 Roberts I did varied by 3 or 4 thou. - but none eithe over or under.
