I bought 85 pieces of Norma 300 wsm fired for 40 bucks or so off CGN, I prepped, annealed and cleaned up the necks slightly
It seems like good brass but time will tell.

Those are not dents, they are deep wrinkles from the forming process. While I am happy to shoot out dents, from my experiences these will not iron out. I have seen these on Winchester white box .22-250 ammunition. I would not shoot them as they will fail, and potentially the wrinkle is so deep that it will interfere with the decapping rod.
