Has anyone else experienced problems with Winchester 40s&w with the additional head stamp Win NT I reloaded approx 500 rds. on my 650 and in the first 100 l case checked the diameter didn't check in about 20 rds.all with this head stamp. I checked my press setting found no problem. This is all once fired brass, the regular stamped Win brass cases check fine as does speer brass. I'm using frontier 200gr. bullets and have run thousands of rounds through my press and just started to incounter this problem, the brass is frangible rounds [l think]

Win NT ammo uses non-toxic primers. Has nothing to do with frangible ammo. Some of it uses small pistol primers too.
 
All l can say is all the rounds that don't case check are NT brass, have little to no problems with other brass and l reload 6 to 10k a year.
