I don't know, SS - I think it's just cosmetics pasted on the standard Select. I don't expect it's anywhere near the original in handling or quality.

I guess we'll have to see. Seeing as how it was Nikko of Japan who built the original 101, I don't see why it couldn't be the exact same model. Miroku builds Winchesters and FNs presently.

That's what I thought... Win ammo is owned by Olin, but I thought the guns were owned by Browning which would mean Selects in Belgium, the rest at Miroku... :confused:

Now there's a good idea. Take a gun and slap on it stocks that were regarded as hard kickers.:rolleyes:
