Just wondering if there is a way to determine how old this thing is. I plan to sell it but I don't know if it has any collector value or not and have no idea of age or value. Sorry if this is in the wrong thread, If anyone is offended by a "what's it worth" question please accept my apologies in advance.

I used one in 38-55 calibre and it was the best mold I ever used. It was like in new condition and the bullets usually fell out when it was opened. If they didn't, it just took a slight tap with a small stick to get the bullet to fall out.
I have never had a Lyman mold work that well and don't even mention Lee in the same breath as Lyman.
The one in the picture here may have a serious rust problem.

There's certainly some collectors value to those. Take a look on American gun auction sites or even eBay might have some indication of the going rates.

I've got one that looks identical except it's for a 32-40 and came with some guns I inherited. Looking forward to using it.

I have 3 : 44-40, 38-55, 32-40, they all work very well. I thought they were worth little more as collectables..... I have the rifles, bullet molds and handloading tools, all Winchester. I thought as 'sets' they would have better value.
