what do you fellas use for ammo on coyotes, just tried hornady superperformance 50gr at 100yd it was great at 200yds it sucked

What twist is you rifle? I use 55 gr in one of my 22-250's, 69 gr in the other. - dan

I use nosler custom trophy grade varmint 55 gr and hornady v-max 55gr 1 inch high at 100. put the cross hairs on the coyote from 50 to 400 yards and it turns them inside out. .22 entrance hole 4-5 inch exit hole. I found this to work the best through my little boom stick.

To take advantage of what the .22-250 was designed for I suggest you reload. A custom load in a varmint rifle is deadly accurate.
