The 1894 is the model of the Winchester hand reloader - produced in a gazillion calibers and work like hot-damn - generally bought with the Winchester rifles. The .32 Spl, since its a more modern caliber and reloading dies are readily available, is not in high demand BUT they sell at gunshows for $75 - $80. They originally came with a "decapping tool" an insert - sized to slide into the empty casing and a short decapping pin would punch out the spent primer when the tool was levered closed. Since that decapping tool was a separate piece used only for decapping it was soon "lost" so consequently few 1894 reloaders ever "come with" the original decapping tool. Original decapping tools (in a rare caliber) bring just as much $$$ as the reloader itself - selling for $75 +. They still are a very effective method of reloading the old and obsolete levergun calibers
