Winchester M70 style bolt sleve for Zastava M70 Mauser 98?

I have a Zastava M70, 7x57 of course. I am wondering if anyone knows where to get a winchester m70 style bolt sleeve for it.

Are you referring to the bolt shroud that houses the cocking piece? Wanting a three position safety? Trade-Ex used to have something like that for Mauser style, whether it would fit the Zastava or not, isn't known by me. I believe another shroud was made by Gentry.
