Winchester M70 Super Grade

I ordered a set of Leupold DD's in stainless for my BNIB Winchester featherweight walnut/SS in .308 .. but after waiting more than 2 months, and with hunting season approaching,
I bought a set of Burris Signature Zee's in 'stainless'. The Burris rings have plastic inserts that made mounting and aligning my Leupold VX2 easy and also prevents marking the scope.

Savage; what's happening with your order is that it is held until your dealer has a shipment coming from Korth that is big enough justify the mailing costs. If your dealer doesn't order much Leupold stuff you can and will wait months.

What I do is go on Korths site and email them asking if the item is in stock and if so what the hold up is, as I am being greatly inconvenienced by this hold up, then I call Epps (my dealer) and tell them to call Korth and get the mounts shipped ASAP and I'll pay the shipping for that particular item. It gets the ball moving quickly.
 
MrGoat .. that is exactly what happened. I dropped in on my dealer 4-5x over that 2 month period and they finally told me exactly what you've just described.
And yes, in future, I will follow your advice and offer to pay for the shipping. :)
