Winchester Mod 70 xtr Featherweight

Hello. I was offered the above rifle with weaver rings and bushmaster scope as trade for my Beretta 92fs Inox 9mm

Any thoughts?

Better be one heck of a Bushnell scope. Xtr Winchester rifles commonly go in the $475-$600 range. Much less desirable than the control round feed of the pre-64 or classic actions. I personally am a fan of the action in the pushfeed xtr design but they don't demand a very high price.

You should be receiving some cash on that deal. Not sure what a used Inox goes for exactly but it's worth more than the rifle.

Personally, I like the XTR push feed models. But I agree, rifle etc is worth maybe $550. Beretta if in nice shape maybe $750.

So, in addition to the rifle, around $200 to you in cash.

You don't mention what the FWT is chambered in. Some of the lesser offered chamberings push the value above what some have suggested.

I love my .308 FWT XTR Winchester.

My first gun I ever bought. I would never sell it. I bought it with a crappy Burris Scope on it years ago with crappy rings.

Now it is topped with a Swarovski 3-10 Z3 in talley lightweights and it can kill any deer within 300 yards.

They are nice handling little bolt guns. For a moderate range deer rifle on a budget with classic looks I think you cant go wrong.
