Sounds pretty good to me! Great little rifles and a pleasure to carry. Does it have 2 small screw holes on the upper left side of the receiver? If yes get a peep sight and you then have an even more accurate rifle. If not it will be tapped on the tang mounted peep.

Yeah, that is a good deal for a 94 in that condition. I shot my first five deer (in five minutes) with a Pre-64 94 in .32 Win Special.

If the rifle itself is in very good condition and pre 64, it would sell for $400-$550 on the EE

The .32 WS's are less common then the 30-30, though ammo seems to be just about as plentiful, but they seem to go for around 85-95% of what a 30-30 goes for from what I've seen.

OP, just look at the serial number.
If it is under 2.9 million, you got a very good deal.
If it is over 2.9 million, well, it was made during the worst years of the Model 94 Winchester.

serial #2060 range no screw holes on left side..bluing is still bright on the loading tab..but a bit wore on the edges of the reciever..prob from sliding it in gun case over the years

Bruce, are you sure about the 2.9 mill I always heard it was around 2.5 mill for the pre/post cut off........never really bothered to look it up though.......I don't buy anything that close to the wire anyway.

I saw a post '64 94 in 32 just the other day at the local gun show. It was looking to be in very nice shape, but a lighter color than what I like. It was priced at $450. I'd say the OP got a good deal on his pre '64 with all those extras. Although, I'm a pre '64 type of guy and wouldn't buy a post!

Looks like half way between us would be the cut off, 2.7mil.
I was just going by memory and 2.9 seemed to ring a bell. Before the age of computers I used to figure it was 2.5.

Good old rifles in a good old caliber. Nicest rifle to carry. I have used a 1952 94 in 32WS for whitetail the past few years. Just something about that old 94 leaning against a tree whilst cooking lunch on a little fire.
