Winchester Model 100 Question

That would be a real rare one!

In that condition it might bright $800-1,000 bucks!
I hunt with a 308 Carbine, they are a light great carring rifle but suffer accuracy problems with the barrel band.

A young fellow at work is just getting into shooting and has his Dad's guns - the Mdl 100 carbine being one of them, a sported Enfield another.
We went to Wholesale Sports a couple weeks ago for ammo, I told him we might find some 303 but the 284 could be unobtainium.
I wasn't surprised that they had no 303 British, but very surprised that they had 284 Winchester! 3 boxes in fact!
Cory could only afford to buy one though (at $55/ box)

None at all for you, scanner. Before your little outburst this thread appeared to be about Ariser's Winchester 100. I shall let it be. Flail away.

.......ah screw it, it ain't worth more replies other than this last one.

Good luck with the model 100, Ariser. They are a good little rifle. Try also doing a serach in the Rifle Exchange for other Win model 100's and what folk are asking for prices.
