A friend of mine has one of these, It functions fine aslong as the trigger is not pulled as soon as it is in battery and the trigger is pulled it jams or locks up. The only way to remedy this is to remove the trigger mech.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance :)

I don't think you will be able to fix this by an online response... unless...

... there is a distinct possibility you don't know how it functions...

When you pull the trigger and it "jams up"... are you doing this without a shell being fired? If so, try pushing the fore end forward until you hear a "click"... that click being the action lock being released so you can pull the action open... it happens automatically when you fire a shell (the recoil does it)... but if you dry fire it, it requires you push the fore end forward before trying to pull it back...

The early model 12s were made so that you could keep the trigger pulled and just keep cycling the action just like a single action revolver. I am not sure what year the change was made to the modern style where the trigger will not do this. If he is interested in selling this gun, I would be interested.
