I have a Winchester model 1873, stamped 32 Cal. The serial is fairly faded but looks like 1244xxA. Long Octagon barrel. Sliding dust cover over the breech opening. The bottom of the receiver is gold colored. The finish is rough.

I am looking for an honest value, its part of a collection that I am liquidating for the owner. There are several old Wnchesters and Marlins in his collection.

Probably $1800 to $2000. Im guessing. The 32/20s don't bring as much as the 44 /40 rifles. Wood looks unsanded which is good. Price it on the high end. You can always reduce the price, pretty hard to raise it.
