If it is in the usual well used condition, maybe $300 in my area, knock a third off that if the mag. is missing. Not a whole lot of collector interest in Winchester semi's, unless they are in high condition or have special order options.

Yep 32sl is not much of a cartridge, most of that whole line of SL guns are is good condition because no-one uses them. Without a clip I'd say you'll be doing real good to get $300
