I've been looking to get a pistol-grip style stock for a Model 1912 I just bought, but I haven't been able to find any yet. However, I've found tons of "Universal" stocks that have adapters for different types, including the Winchester 1200. Are stocks for the Model 1200 compatible with a Model 1912?

they are completely different there are no companies that manufacture after market accessories for the Winchester Model 12 and that is a good thing .

There was a good collection of M12 parts and lumber on Ebay. Some guy in Nova Scotia was parting them out and selling in this manner. I do believe now that Ebay has stopped auctioning firearms related items.

I have seen after market M12 walnut stocks on the net. Manufactured by some outfit in the States...they stand out from a mile as they look like crap.

When I said no after market accessories I meant tactical not replacement parts I presumes that is what you are looking for as you stated pistol grip stock.

I was assuming the guy was looking for a walnut pistol grip style stock...as opposed to a straight...a tactical stock for a M12 would have TC Johnson rolling in his grave...

Yes please leave the Model 12's alone !!

Yes, yes, I know, I know, lol. I'm an evil horrible person for ever wanting to put a pistol grip onto such a beautiful shotgun :p. I'm honestly not interested in making this into any type of tactical shotgun (I'll use a Remington 870 for that), I just prefer a pistol grip, I simply find them much more comfortable.
