I need a hood for my 64 as well but I intend to pick one up at the next gun show out here. They're fairly common and deals can always be had at most shows.

Canuck if you find more than what you need (both mod 94 and mod 64) just let me know.

For the time being I've removed the original front sight and put it away with the rear sight. I replaced the sight with a fibre optic and it's higher than the original and a hood wouldn't fit over it. As with a lot of 64s, it has a williams peep installed.

I opted for the fibre optic to make it easier to pick up the sight in low light and also makes it easier for these older eyes to use effectively.

The shows are typically in the Fall here in Eastern Ontario. I will try to pick up a few if I can.

That's an ebay link to a person who ships to Canada. It's an 1894 one but I thought all of the hoods were interchangable on all Winchesters?
