Winchester Model 70 Classic Stainless - What Recoil Pad ?

Hi ...

I have a Win Model 70 classic stainless from 2006 ( synthetic stock ) that came with a recoil pad that has the same density and feel as a cold hockey puck.

Has anyone put a pre-fit Pachmayr decelerator or LimSaver recoil pad on one of these rifles - what are the model numbers ?

I do not have access to a gunsmith or tools to fit one myself

Did you check out one of the new slip on pads?

Jamie,you can download all of limbsaver templates from their site and print them off.They all have a model number.Just try your rifle butt over the templates to see if there is a match.
