Winchester Model 70 clip conversion?

What does it take, if possible, to convert this firearm (30-06) from a hinged floor plate to a removeable clip?

Thank you for the correction....let's call it a detachable magazine. Now that we have that clarified would anyone know where one can buy either the conversion kit or the parts?

Never seen one anywhere in 30 some years. There doesn't seem to a demand. It certainly is NOT a simple thing to do either.

I have never done one. However i have inquired about the feasability of doiong this and if you can find the parts it is not necessarily cheap to do but have been told that you can expect problems with reliable feeding into the action etc.

Winchester made a Model 70 with a detachable mag a few years ago and then quickly dropped it.....maybe the parts are still avaliable....it was made in very few cartridges...
