What's a detach mag fetch now a days if one has a hanker'in
to buy one in 308win?

Fifty bucks low end for a used one. I have seen new ones in the original tatered box fetch 100. The same mag services the M-88 and M-100 in .243 and .308.

$43.70US at Gunparts, Stateside. I'd look at Western Gunparts first though. Gunparts has a $35US foreign order surcharge on top of $8.50US shipping. Epps maybe too. Epp's tends to have a lot of odd and obsolete stuff.

The cheap aftermarket ones don't function very good. . Try to obtain an original Winchester, it's worth it.

The follower in a 88 and 100 magazine are different. They will both work in each rifle but the 100 has a bolt stop for when the last round is fired and is a pain in an 88.
They are marked with Model and calibre for what it's worth.

I got an extra mag, I believe it's for a M-100, I thought I had lost one from one of my 100's, so I bought one at a gun show, paid $90 for it. I'll sell it for $90 plus shipping. I found the one that I thought I had lost. It has less than perfect bluing.
