I have a mint condition Winchester Model 90 that I got from my dad. It is a pump action .22WRF and has a 24" octagon barrel. The case ejects from the top of the receiver. Anyone know what this gun would be worth? The .22WRF looks like a .22 Magnum, I'm not even sure if it is the same cartridge.

Not the same cartridge and everyone wants a mint for them evn if they are in tough shape.

I just called Milarm and the guy told me that the .22WRF and the .22WMR is the same cartridge. After checking on the net and from what you said, they are definitely not. The .22WRF is shorter than the .22WMR.

.22 WRF is the parent case of the .22 WMR. Winchester developed the .22WMR by lengthening the .22 WRF case.

There selling WRF again , by chance a fellow brought one by friends shop, so we looked in the pricing book, and to our surprise it is available, under $20 a box! Dale Z!

I dropped by Wholesale Sports the other day and they had 5 boxes of CCI .22WRF in stock for $8.99/50. I bought them all and they don't know when they will be getting anymore.
