I just got a Model 94 30-30 20 inch barrel and don't know much about it, I had it to the range once and didn't try to fill the magazine so I don't know how many rounds it will take.
I have a few questions about the sights on it as well, it has a hooded bead on the front and a four step ramp on the rear. The rear sight starts out wide and slopes down to a round trough...at say 25 meters what king of sight picture should I have? ie: where should the bead be in relation to the cut-out rear sight?
Is there an approximate range that the different steps correspond to and what is a realistic range for this rifle??
