Winchester Model 94 3030

I have a question regarding a Winchester Trapper 3030. The Internet says the Winchester Model 94 never came with a safety transfer bar in 1991. The tag on mine states it does. The Internet also states that the push through safety was started in 1992 but the serial number on this rifle comes back as a 1991. Is the serial number database wrong or is this some type of early production?

I thought most post '64 had it.

It was the cross bolt stop that was introduced in 92

Safety transfer bar or trigger stop VS cross bolt stop or hammer stop
