Winchester Ranger Model 120 Questions.

I recently inherited one of these along with some other guns and can't find much info on it, I heard that these guns for pretty much all intents and purposes are the same as the 1300? Will most internals parts etc be the same between the 1300 and 120? Also will 1300 stocks and fore ends etc fit the 120?

Yes all parts will interchange with the 1200 120 1300 2200 series Winchester pumps. (within gauges) ie: 20 gauge barrel will not fit a 12 gauge.

Thanks a lot! I tried to look at parts for these but did not dig up much at all so I figured it must inter-change with the other models.

Hmm, does anyone know how to remove the stock on one of these or any winchester shotgun really as I think they're all the same? It has the standard wooden stock but Its not mounted on in any clear way. Do I need to remove the rubber end plate?

yes remove the butt pad and use a very long screwdriver to remove the stock
