I have a cooey/winchester semi-auto model 64, but from what I understand it's exactly the same rifle. Anyways the guns pretty dirty and it's jamming up. I've taken the gun all the way I can seem to get it apart, but can't figure out how to take the bolt of the reciever to clean it. Anyone have the answer, it almost looks like the barrel has to come out? Anyone?

I had one like that and I sprayed aerosol gun cleaner / lube spray into the action until it came out clean. Was too lazy to figure out how to tear it completely apart. The product I used was G96 spray. Gun worked fine after that.
You have to take the barrel out of the reciever to remove the bolt. The ejector spring can be a little bit of a pain to put back in.Once you get it cleaned out, DON'T use any oil in the action. Use powdered graphite or it will be jamming again real quick. I like grizzleypeg's idea on the cleaning of the action, although I have to pull stuff apart on principal.
Remove the bolt that fastens the U-shaped barrel clamp. Remove the clamp and the barrel slides out. You have to remove the trigger group and mag. guide as well at this point. Next, move the bolt forward with the cocking handle, and once the handle has moved into the ejection port, simply pull the handle out of the bolt and slide the bolt all the way out the front.
I hope I don't sound like an infomercial, but use BreakFree CLP on the action, especially around the chamber area and mag well. It will not cook or allow powder residue to bake onto metal. Keep the bolt/receiver area just a little bit wet, and it keeps the crap in suspension while still lubricating. Once done shooting, give it another spray and then rest it upside down & butt up, so that the excess and residue drains out from around the receiver/barrel joint, and not down into the wood. Be sure you clean the magazine as well, especially the feed ramp. Watch those metal lips, as they get razor sharp with use and eventually wear out. I've worn out 2 or 3.
The weak point on this rifle is the way the barrel attaches to the receiver; not very rigid, so the lube will seep out this way, and/or soak it up with a rag from the inside.
They're great little plinkers.
