Winchester spotting scopes ?

I have been seeing these spotting scopes going on ebay for $120-$180. Are they any good for the money. I know you get what you pay for but all I want is a small scope to look at groups at 100 yds.

I had a look and a couple of google searches and couldn't find much information that wasn't clearly biased. I'll cross my fingers for you.
