Winchester SPX Marine Defender with no bead

I purchased a Winchester SPX Marine Defender from Bass Pro a short time ago....yeah I know my first mistake...but their price could not be beat. I took it out to the range and I noticed the ghost ring was moving.It is magnetic and is supposed to ne held in place by the bead,but it was not installed with one.The hole is there and threaded,but missing the bead. Bass Pro says I am on my own...any suggestions on who I could contact?

Browning Canada, or a warranty depot for them. Or new beads are fairly cheap,.
