I tried this powder in my 25-06 with very bad results and today in my 7mmRM with again 3 to 4 inches groups...

Very likely not a thing.
The rifles just may not like it.
Not only does a rifle prefer a particular powder but that powder may not like particular weight bullets in said rifle.

The only other thing to try is a magnum primer if you aren't already, or your guns and bullet choices don't agree with your powder choice!
