Winchester SXP Parts Help

I am wondering if anyone knows where i could get a "magazine throat" for this pump action shotgun.
The dealer in Edmonton says they are back ordered from the factory for a long time now.
A $5 part is making this gun a paper weight.

What exactly is a magazine throat ? It probably on back order for a very long time . as Winchester does not list any parts for the sxp shotguns. I would think do to the fact that it is an out sourced unit not produced by FN.

It is part number 36 of the sxp parts schematic
Sorry not sure how to upload the pic.
Basically it is a plastic ring that is where the shells feed into the magazine. It is damaged on my sons gun (maybe from new) and causes jams as the next round cycles and tries to feed after firing.
