Winchester SXP

Hey everyone

So I have an sxp with 28 inch barrel that I got for waterfowl. Its a great gun but I was wondering if there is a way to get a shorter barrel? or one with rifling? I haven't been able to locate any accessories for it. Is it just the gun model? If so that's ok but was just a thought. Also if anyone has been in the same situation how much did the spare barrel cost

Go to Winchester repeating Arms and get the part numbers from the catalouge and call a gun shop and see if they can get it. Most times with Winchester it's more economical to just buy the model with the deer barrel.

Sx3 barrels were like $600-800 and you could get the whole deer model for $900.

...maybe a bad example as the SX3 is semi auto (with a slightly more complex barrel design) and the SXP is pump.

FWIW, I bought the two barrel combo that included the 28" and 18" barrels... mainly because I couldn't track down a source for alternative size barrels.

Brilliant gun though, just love it..
