Winchester universal 12ga

My stevens 58 has a problem with them only when the temps are above freezing. mainly the hunting loads with the aluminum case heads it won’t extract them as they swell too much. I was hunting last year with a mixed bag of shells and didn’t have an issue with them. I do like the cheddite hulls in challenger and Canadian tire imperial(loaded by challenger).

Haha, thats the same shotgun i have that hates Winchester, except it won`t or rarely extracts any version of that.

I scrubbed the chamber and bore real good too so that may have helped.

I actually haven`t used mine since the smith finished with it, maybe 4 or 5 shots. He did clean and polish the chamber among other things. Maybe i`ll try the universal this week.

I had to adjust my mag a bit to make it feed right still hangs up on the last round a bit I might try a reproduction mag one of these days.
